Rapid Response – Team Building and Culture Change combines the cognitive understanding of trust with the real life experience of trust in a safe, no risk environment allowing the power of “team” to be realized.
Combining experiential activities with classroom reinforcement allows the participants not only to understand the elements of trust and how it creates the power of team but also experience the feeling of actually being part of a tightly knit effective team unit. All this in just one day!
